As the communications lead for a major spring fundraiser in April 2024, I managed both digital outreach and event logistics to drive attendance and engagement. Using EveryAction, I created and scheduled targeted email blasts to donors and prospective guests, highlighting event details, honorees, and auction highlights.
On the content side, I designed and scheduled a full slate of social media posts across platforms, promoting ticket sales, spotlighting auction items, and building momentum leading up to the event. I also kept the website updated with new auction additions and ensured the event page stayed current and visually engaging.
Beyond digital efforts, I helped coordinate catering menus and ensured that key event details — from flow to food — reflected the organization’s tone and values. The result: a polished, well-attended event that met both fundraising and engagement goals.
