While coordinating a backyard wedding for clients, we were faced with a small space that had to serve as both an intimate ceremony location and a dinner and dance floor party floor. Working with the couple and the vendors, we came up with the idea for a parade, led by a brass band, through the Queens neighborhood and local park. During this thirty minute distraction I was able to coordinate a team to completely flip the space from chairs and an altar to fully dressed dinner tables complete with a dance floor and DJ booth. Guests returned from their walk ready to eat and party the night away! After serving guests and ensuring the event ran smoothly we were able to disassemble the setup as quickly as it was made, returning the backyard to its original state.
